I quietly immerse myself in the solitude of the forest, let myself drift, sometimes guided from within, and marvel at the strength and peace the forest gives me.

Sometimes the path leads me astray, sometimes into the thicket – how do I find my way out again? I leave that to my instinct, feeling like an animal, without fear, fully trusting that I won’t get lost...

I take this sense of security home with me into life, and it helps me navigate everyday challenges stronger.
