Die Puppe

As part of the exhibition Casa Sciscioré, Tanja Raich presents her book Die Puppe (Residenz Verlag, 2026).

Starting from one of humanity’s oldest toys, Raich develops a multifaceted reflection on the doll as a mirror of social roles. Between childhood, body images, and feminist questions, the book reveals how closely personal experiences and cultural influences are intertwined.

The author will read from her work and offer insights into the creation and background of the book. The event will be held in German.
