Through drawing activity and movement, we transcend the idea of fixed motifs and forms, of what art or drawing “should” mean. It’s not about achieving a perfect, defined result, but about living the act in the moment. Allowing small movements and noticing details. Drawing becomes meditation and mindfulness practice. It is the activity of the body and the attention to detail, without expectation, the actual doing that evokes the meditative state—the zooming into the microcosm.
It’s tuning into a world with different perspectives and proportions—pure meditation!
