SKB Lab – Residency and Research Lab for Members

Mischa Sanders and Philipp Putzer work both independently as artists and together as the duo Sanders Putzer. The paths of the dutch-french artist and the south tyrolean crossed whilst they were studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Dresden. In their collaborative practice, which began in 2019, they explore the interplay between architecture, landscape and materials, developing site-specific installations, small and large-scale sculptures, and artistic research projects. Today, they live and work between Besançon (FR) and Dakar (Senegal), and visit Brixen regularly.
