Franz Tumler Prize winner Christina König reads from her award-winning novel Alles, was du wolltest.

The jury explained its decision as follows: “With precise psychological observation, incisive dialogue and biting wit, the novel explores a romantic relationship in which love itself falls short. Money and the ‘subtle distinctions’ of an affluent social milieu create an imbalance of power and a web of dependencies. The scandal lies not in the fact that this is the story of two women, but rather in the way each, in her own way, objectifies and uses the other.”
